What is APEP?


APEP is the only HIV/AIDS-specific community-based not for profit organization assisting persons in the West Texas (Region X) area.APEP offers assistance to any person in the region who is faced with emergency expenses due to HIV/AIDS-related needs.APEP helps with medications, medical supplies, utilities, and funeral expenses.
